조변 (趙抃)
원종 때에 낭장 겸 감찰사, 1271년(원종 12)
김방경(金方慶)이 진도의 삼별초를 토벌할 때 장군으로 기용되고,
1274년 여원 연합군이 일본을 정벌할 때 대장군으로 천호가 되고 김방경을 따라
출전하여 공을 세웠다. 1281년(충렬왕 7) 제 2차 일본 정벌 때 원제로
부터 소신교위관군총파에 임명되고, 1284년 대장군으로서 정조사가 되어
원나라에 다녀와 우부승지를 거쳐 지밀직사사에 이르렀다.
