조영인 (趙永仁)
의종 때 문과에 급제하여 전주의 서기를 지내다가
명종이 즉위하자 태자의 보도를 맡았다. 1174년(명종
4) 좌사원외랑으로
정조사가 되어 금나라에 다녀왔으며, 1191년 참지정사, 정당문학, 한림학사
승지가 되고, 그 후 수태위상주국, 권판리부사, 금자광록대부 개부의동삼사,
수태사, 문하시랑 평장사를 역임하고, 1201년(신종 4) 특명으로 문하시중에
올라 치사했다.
