조선의 개국에 공적이 있어 1394년(태조 3) 가정대부
상의중추사, 도의사사사 겸 의주등처 도병마사, 의주목사로 개국원종공신
녹권이 내렸다. 묘소가 수원에 있다는 설이 있어
1865년(고종
2)
후손 인적(仁迪), 익철(益喆) 등이 찾아보았으나 지석을 발견치 못하였으므로
가사동에 그와 아들 낙안군수 명지 양위를 설단하여 제향하고 있다.
