 전유형 (全有亨)

 

 


  전언의 아들이다.

  1592년(선조 25) 임진왜란(壬辰倭亂)이 일어나자 조헌(趙憲)과 함께 의병을 일으켰고,
  1594년 청안현감이 되었다.
  1605년 정시문과(庭試文科)에 장원하고
  이듬해 감찰이 되었고,
  이때 명나라에서 쌀 10만석을 요구하자 특차사로 명나라에 가서 이를 감량케 했으며,
  광해군 때 형조참판을 지냈다.
  1624년(인조 2) 이괄(李适)의 난이 일어나자 내응하리라는 부고를 받고 참형되었다.

  의술에도 능하여 오장도(五臟圖)를 그렸다.

  이조판서에 추증,
  괴산의 화암서원에 제향되었다.
