전원발 (全元發)

  민부전서 전진의 아들이다.

  1315년(충숙왕 2) 과거에 장원하고
  원나라에 가서 그곳에서 다시 문과에 장원하여 벼슬이 금자광록대부 병부상서·집현전 태학사에 이르렀다.
  만년 에 귀국하여 향리로 돌아가 여생을 보냈다.

  조선 태조 때 축산부원군에 봉해졌다.
  글씨에 뛰어났다.

  용궁의 소천서원에 제향되었다.
