김담 (金淡)

  1435년(세종 17) 식년문과에 급제하고
  집현전 정자로 뽑혀 왕명으로 이순지(李純之)와 함께 역학의 기본이 된 '칠정산 외편(七政算外篇)'을 만들었다.
  1447년 이조정랑으로 문과중시에 을과급제,
  충주목사, 안동부사, 경주부윤 등을 역임한 뒤 이조판서에 이르렀다.

  저서에는 김문절공일고(金文節公逸稿), 제가역상집(諸家曆象集)이 있다.
