박열 (朴說)
[ 1464(세조 10) ∼ 1517(중종 12) ]
자는 열지(說之), 시호(諡號)는 이정(夷靖).
사옹원첨정(司饔院僉正) 박사동(思東)의 아들이다.
1483년(성종 14) 생원(生員)이 되고, 1489년 식년문과(式年文科)에 을과(乙科)로 급제,
승문원정자(承文院正字)에서
감찰(監察)·수찬(修撰) 등을 거쳐 1497년 이조 좌랑(吏曹佐郞)으로 문과중시(文科重試)에 을과(乙科)로 급제, 공조·예조·이조의 판서,
대사헌·좌참찬(左參贊)을 역임한 후 1516년(중종 11) 우찬성(右贊成)에 이르렀다.
