 시조(始祖) :


 '고려사'에 936년(태조 19) 완건(王建)이 후백제(後百濟)의 신검(神劒)과 이천(利川)에서 마지막 결전을 벌일 때 우익(右翼)으로 참전했던 량(良)장군, 광종(光宗)때 대상(大相)을 지낸 홍(弘), 신종(神宗)때 존비(存庇)장군 등의 이름이 나오지만 오늘날 준씨(俊氏)와의 관계는 상고(詳考)하기 어렵다.
