정극인 (丁克仁)
[ 1401년(태종 1) ~ 1481년(성종 12) ]
조선 전기의 문인·학자. 자는 가택(可宅),
호는 불우헌(不憂軒)·다각(茶角)·다헌(茶軒).
아버지는 부사직(副司直) 정곤(坤)이다.
1429년(세종 11) 생원이 되고,
문종 때에 음보로
인수부승을 지낸 후 1453년(단종 1) 식년문과에 급제하고, 정언에 이르러
단종이 왕위를 빼앗기자 사직하고 태인에 가서 후진을 가르쳤다.
1472년(성종 3) 영달을 바라지 않고 후진 양성에 노력한 공으로 3품교관이
되었다.
한편 문학에도 특출한 재능을 나타내어 한국문학사상 최초의
가사 작품인 '상춘곡(賞春曲)'을 지었다.
