전응창 (全應昌)
전순(全珣)의 아들이다
선조 5년 문과에 급제했으며. 충청도사(忠淸都事)를 지냈으며,
아우 전계동(繼東) 전경창(全慶昌)은 이황의 문인으로
1573년(선조
6) 문과에 급제 헌납(獻納) 정언(正言)을 거쳐 대도호부판관(大都護府判官)을 지냈다. 이황(李滉)의 학통을 이어받아 가야산에 들어가서 학문에 전념했다.
종계변무(宗係辯誣)에 관계된 일을 선조께 상소하여 전임사신으로 하여금 맡게 하였다.
