이형원 (李亨元)
1451년(문종1) 증광문과에 급제, 정자가 되고
1465년(세조11) 형조정랑, 1468년 전적 등을 역임, 이해 전라도 어사가
되어 군기와 조운을 독찰했다. 1469년(예종1) 선공감 첨정으로 천문학사를
겸직했고 1472년(정종 3) 집의가 되었다. 1478년 전한, 이듬해 부제학으로
통신사가 되어 일본에 가던 도중 병사했다.
