기철 (奇轍)
기자오의 아들이다.
원나라 순제의 황후 기씨의
오빠로서 원나라에서 행정동성 참지정사와 요양성 평장사로 대사도의
벼슬을 주었고, 고려에서는 벽상삼한삼중대광 수사도·도첨의사사로
덕성부원군(德城府院君)에 봉했다. 그 후 공민왕이 즉위하여 신흥
명나라와 접근하고 배원정책을 쓰면서 기황후의 족속인 그와 형제 자질을
모조리 주살하였으므로 대륙 정세의 변화로 기씨 일족이 희생의 제물로
되었다.
