엄정섭(嚴正燮)
1916년 대구에서 박상진(朴尙鎭), 임세규(林世圭)등과
광복회를 조직, 군자금 모집과 항일투쟁을 전개하면서 1917년 칠곡의
친일부호 장승원(張承遠)의 사살계획에 가담했다. 이듬해 이종국(李鍾國)의
배반으로 광복회에 검거선풍이 불자 변성명을 하고 독립투쟁을 계속했다.
광복회 사건으로 총독부의 궐석재판에서 사형선고를 받았다.
