범세동 (范世東)

  신용희, 정몽주(鄭夢周)의 문인이다.

  1369년(공민왕 18)에 문과에 급제하고
  덕령부윤, 간의대부 등을 지냈으나,
  고려가 망해 감을 복 두문동에 들어가 조선 개국 후 누차 불렀으나 나가지 않았다.

  성리학을 깊이 연구하여 널리 퍼뜨렸다.

  개성의 표절사,
  두문동서원,
  광주의 복룡사에 제향,
  후덕군에 봉해졌다.
