사천 박씨 (泗川朴氏)

시조(始祖) : 박자문(朴自文)

  시조 박자문(自文)은 시조왕 박혁거세의 28세손이며, 그의 할아버지 박인겸은 고려 충렬왕 때 공부상서와 첨의평리사를 역임하고, 사천군에 봉해젔다
  박자문은 고려 충속왕 때에 문과에 급제하여 공민왕 때에는 호부상서를 지내고 사천에 봉하여 졌으며 우왕 때 안변으로 이주 정착하였다.
  따라서 그의 후손들이 사천을 본관으로 삼고 세계를 이어오고 있다.
