박세당 (朴世堂)
부제학 박정의 아들이다.
1660년(현종 1) 증광문관에
장원하고 부수찬, 황해도 암행어사를 거쳐 예조와 형조의 참의를 지낸
뒤 숙조 때 공조와 이조 및 형조의 판서를 역임하고, 판중추부사로 기로소에
들어갔다. 이증환, 안정복 등보다 앞선 시대의 실학파 학자로 알려졌다.
